WeDoArt and Hellas-Sky are running another workshop this year in Kalamata. The workshop teaches the very essential basic concepts of PixInsight. During the workshop we were capturing together data at the observatory of Hellas-Sky in Altomira, Greece. At the end of the workshop we processed the captured data together.
The very tight and intense program was rounded up by an inspiring evening at the location of the observatory. The participants: “What I learned is priceless!” “Starting from a low base, I now feel comfortable and confident looking at third-party content on the internet. Before attending the workshop I could not ‘see the wood for the trees’ but now I feel I have a very solid foundation and I can continue to work on individual elements in the knowledge of where they fit in the wider context.” About the evening at the observatory: “It was the perfect end to a terrific workshop.”
