Star points accumulate with every order on our website — deep-sky datasets, subscriptions, special orders, workshop participation. No further registration needed!

The ratio of points earned depends on your tier. The higher the tier – the more points you will receive for every purchase. You will automatically start earning one star point for every 20 Euros spent on the website. The highest tier allows to earn one star point for every five Euro spent. Which is a discount of 20%.

Your tier is based on your spending history with us*. With every Euro spent on our website you will move closer to increase your benefits on all future purchases!

Every time you achieve a higher tier you will receive a special welcome voucher.

Use your star points and vouchers at checkout to pay less for your purchases. All products offered on our website are eligible for points and voucher redemption. One star point equals one Euro at redemption.

- Once you join us you will get the GAIA level and start earning points with every purchase on our website
- Receive 1 point for every 20 Euro spent
- Redeem the earned points from the very first day
DIONYSOS – For Dedicated Observers
After having earned 20 points for purchases on our website you will automatically move to this level.
- From now on you will be earning 1 point per each 15 Euros spent on our website
- And you will receive a welcome voucher of 20 Euro from DIONYSOS as you have reached this level
ATHENA – For Enthusiasts & Frequent Buyers
A tier created for astro-photographers who regularly visit our website and admire the data quality.
- You will move here after having earned 50 points on our website
- From now on you will be earning 1 point per 10 Euros spent
- Once you have reached this level you will receive a 50 Euro welcome voucher from ATHENA
OLYMPOS – The Elite of Sky Explorers
Reserved for our most dedicated customers.
- You enter this level after having earned 100 points on our website
- From now on you will be earning 1 point per 5 Euros spent

You can check your status, your current points, your tier as well as available rewards and coupons by opening the My Account tab in the header of each web page. Here, you select the Points&Rewards section. Remember, you will automatically participate in the loyalty program of Hellas-Sky if you don’t actively opt out.
When clicking on Points & Rewards you will see all details of your current loyalty status: Your points, your tier level, reward options and available coupons. Below you see your journey in the loyalty program.
If you have available points on your balance you will see in the reward section the option to redeem your points into coupons. The coupons can be used at check-out. One start points equals one Euro. You need to do this first before you can pay with your star points. Please remember!
At check-out you will see the star points that you will earn when purchasing the items in the cart. Below you see the option to use available coupons and rewards.
Remember, you have first to generate a coupon by redeeming points in your personal section of the website. This is how the loyalty plugin works.
If you want to use your collected star points you have to first redeem them into a coupon. Now you can select one of the coupons that you have created before. It will be automatically reflected in the in the amount you need to pay for your purchase.
Here, you see the coupon being reflected in the calculation of the price to be paid. If you decide not to use the coupon for now you can remove it. It will remain available in your Points&Rewards section. Once used, the coupon
